Working principle
When the hydraulic pump sends the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic cylinder in the grab bucket, the two flap plates will move closer to the center and clamp the grabbed item. When the goods need to be released, the hydraulic pump reverses the hydraulic oil, so that the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder leads back to the hydraulic tank, the flap plate is separated, and the goods are released .

The hydraulic double lobe grab is mainly composed of lifting device, bearing beam, oil cylinder, shunt body, bucket body, etc. The bucket body and the bearing beam are connected by a pin shaft; The piston end of the cylinder is fixed above the bearing beam, and the piston rod is fixed on the upper part of the bucket body. With the cylinder piston rod retracting and extending, the bucket body rotates with the beam pin as the hinge point to complete the opening and closing of the grab. The connecting plate effectively adjusts the opening and closing positions of the two buckets to ensure synchronous rotation of the left and right buckets.

The hydraulic double-lobe grab is used with the excavator, which has no power itself, and relies on the high-pressure hydraulic oil provided by the excavator as the power. The excavator leads a high-pressure hydraulic oil into the opening and closing system of the grab, and controls the opening and closing of the grab by controlling the extension and retracting of the cylinder; Another high pressure hydraulic oil is led into the grab rotation system, and the grab rotation is controlled by controlling the rotation of the hydraulic motor.
