20'/40' hydraulic spreader with remote operation from crane driver cabin or from an operator standing on deck

 20'/40' 35T rotatable container spreader, the electric control form is point-to-point, and each action of the container spreader is electric. The retractable positions of the spreader are 20 'and 40'; the twistlock mechanism is mechanically interlocked and driven by motor. Each spreader has two sets of twistlock pin mechanisms at the end for lifting the container; the fixed guide plate device is used on the four corners of the spreader. The spreader can handle 20 foot and 40 foot containers complying with ISO standards. The rated lifting capacity of the spreader is 50 t, and 4 lifting lugs are set at the end beam. Each lifting lug has a rated lifting capacity of 15 t, which can be used for loading and unloading damaged containers or non container bulk cargo.The electric single box spreader mainly includes the following parts: the main structure of the bottom beam, the structure of the expansion beam, the cable conveying device, the expansion drive mechanism, the guide plate mechanism, the end pin twistlock mechanism, the electrical system, etc. the above mechanisms are combined through different actions to complete the container loading and unloading operations under different working conditions.
