The hydraulic multi-lobe grab is mainly composed of hanger, beam, diverter, oil cylinder, bucket lobe, etc. The bucket body and the lower bearing beam are connected by a pin shaft; The piston end of the cylinder is fixed above the bearing beam, and the piston rod is fixed on the upper part of the bucket lobe. With the cylinder piston rod retracting and extending, the bucket body rotates with the beam pin as the hinge point to complete the opening and closing of the grab. The hydraulic multi-lobe grab is used with the excavator, which has no power itself, and relies on the high-pressure hydraulic oil provided by the excavator as the power. The excavator draws high pressure hydraulic oil into the opening and closing system of the grab bucket, and controls the opening and closing of the grab bucket by controlling the extension and retracting of the cylinder.

According to the needs of users, the company designed two kinds of hydraulic grasping machine rotary and non-return: without hydraulic rotary grasping machine is connected by the oil circuit of the excavator bucket cylinder, there is no need to add hydraulic pipelines and hydraulic valves, fast installation and use (this style of product is convenient for many customers to use, and guests have high selectivity); A set of hydraulic valve block and pipeline should be added to the gripper for normal use (this product can adjust multiple angles according to the special requirements of customers' construction operations, more ideal use, higher efficiency); The hydraulic grasping machine is equipped with a protection device for the hydraulic cylinder.
