The electro-hydraulic double-disc grab is suitable for grasping powdery and granular bulk materials (such as coal, coke, mineral sand, yellow sand and other bulk materials), which is suitable for ports, terminals and other occasions. Its advanced system design, combined with imported hydraulic components, makes its performance safe, stable, long life and low maintenance. Hydraulic system instantaneous pressure impact is small, not explosive pipe: When the quantitative pump system is started, the valve core inside the valve block has a certain response time, so the instantaneous pressure is very high, sometimes even more than the burst pressure of the tubing, and the opening and closing of the grab adopts the positive and negative control of the motor, which frequently produces instantaneous high pressure, easy to cause tube explosion and other phenomena, the grab system produced by our company is controlled by a solenoid valve. And when the motor starts, it is in a state of load release, avoiding the generation of instantaneous high pressure and avoiding the pipe explosion caused by instantaneous high pressure.
