The electric hydraulic bulk cargo grab relies on the motor to drive the hydraulic pump and hydraulic cylinder, thereby achieving the opening and closing of the grab. The grab is mainly used in conjunction with single-drum cranes for the loading and unloading of bulk cargo such as sand, coal, mineral powder, ore and cement. The electric hydraulic bulk grab is equipped with a hydraulic pump station and control system. The main components of the hydraulic pump station, such as valve groups, seals, and valve blocks, all adopt European and American brands. The hydraulic pump adopts a constant power pump and a hydraulic servo system. Changes in system pressure can effectively control the output of the pump. When the maximum pressure is reached, the flow rate of the pump is extremely low, which greatly reduces overflow, lowers energy consumption and reduces temperature rise. The cable drum of the grab is optimally designed, with the temperature rise of the rotating parts not exceeding 350 degrees, thus ensuring continuous operation for 24 hours.
