Applications
The orange peel type grab (multi-petal grab) is composed of single-rope multi-petal grab, double-rope multi-petal grab, four-rope multi-petal grab, etc. According to the proportion of the goods grasped, it can be further classified into light-duty multi-petal grabs, medium-duty multi-petal grabs and heavy-duty multi-petal grabs.
It is applicable to the scrap steel grasping and sorting work in steel mills, the bulk waste, waste sorting, loading and unloading and handling work in garbage treatment plants and construction sites, and the disassembly, sorting and recycling work of automobiles in car recycling plants. The bucket teeth are replaceable and made of high-hardness wear-resistant steel, thus ensuring a long service life. The flap shell can be selected according to different working environments. Fully closed valve shells, semi-closed valve shells, wide-sided valve shells and narrow-sided valve shells.
The closing force of the grab is achieved through the force increase of the grab's sliding wheel assembly. The ratio of the pulley block is generally 3 to 5. The larger the ratio of the pulley block, the greater the digging force.
